Nestled in a magnificent setting at the foot of the Dentelles de Montmirail, this small Bastide is surrounded by vineyards and forest. A perfect place for nature lovers (and wine lovers!) With easy access to hiking, biking, climbing and many local winemakers from Baume de Venise (7 min.) to Gigondas (15 min.). Breathtaking views of the Dentelles cliffs. Traditional decor and swimming pool. This small Bastide features a loft-style living space with original beams, open kitchen and dining area. There are three bedrooms (two downstairs, one upstairs) and two bathrooms (downstairs with bath, first floor with shower). Both terraces feature outdoor tables under shady pine trees. There's an outdoor shower and a café-style seating area under the flowering vines by the pool.
Nature and surroundings
With vineyards on three sides and forest on the fourth, this traditional bastide with swimming pool and beautiful views of the Dentelles de Montmirail from the terraces and garden is set on almost 7 hectares of wooded land and has no neighboring houses. With access to mountain bike and road bike trails directly from the house, and a five-minute drive from the hiking and climbing center in the Dentelles, the house is ideally located for outdoor activities. Many local wineries are also within easy reach, from Suzette (5 minutes) to Gigondas (15 minutes). Baume de Venise, a lively town with a supermarket, restaurants, cafés and other local shops, is just a 7-minute drive away. The proximity of daily markets in neighboring towns and the route of the beloved mobile organic market with hand-picked local produce and products make shopping easy and enjoyable.
