Peace, space and relaxation, in the middle of nowhere. Chambre en pierre is a charming authentic elegant gentlemen's farmhouse. Gîte Monpazier is an attractive and cozy gîte (36m2) for 2 persons in our main building with characteristic elements, a cozy dining area, sitting area and a kitchen with many luxury comforts. We focus only on visitors over 12 years old so you can fully enjoy the environmental tranquility. This nature house is located on top of a hill and offers lots of privacy and spectacular views. On the day of your arrival, we offer on request a meal and a catered breakfast for the next morning. This allows you to relax immediately after a long journey. By the way, a happy dog is allowed. In addition to this gîte, we also offer a gîte for 2 to 5 people (gîte Villeréal). Each gîte. has its own entrance, its own terrace and access to the saltwater pool (open from May 1 to October 31). We have two dogs (labradors).
Nature and surroundings
It is located atop a hill and offers privacy and spectacular views. The property is surrounded by 7 acres of farmland and 11 acres of forest. Due to the long driveway, noise pollution is sporadic. It is located in the Lot-et-Garonne at Blanquefort-sur-Briolance, on the border of the Lot and Dordogne rivers. This location gives you a win-win situation, you experience the peace and quiet of the Lot-et-Garonne and you are (mostly) within half an hour at various tourist places, such as Monflanquin, Issigeac, Monpazier, Villeréal, Penne d'Agenais, Biron. Think old cozy bastides, caves, castles, flower gardens, daily markets, wineries etc.. There is also plenty of choice in terms of sports: golf, canoeing, fishing and much more. Cycling (also mountain biking), hiking, badminton and petanque can be done directly from or on our location. In clear weather, an enchanting starry sky unfolds above you at night as you recline in your chair with a glass of wine in your hand.

Heerlijke plek, schoon huisje, zeer vriendelijk en behulpzame eigenaren, die enkele dagen per week chambre d’ hôtes bieden. Heerlijk zwembad na de wandelingen.
Mooi uitzicht over 2 dalen.
Fraai landelijk gebied, veel mogelijkheden tot wandelen, fietsen ( heuvels), varen op een rivier binnen half uur bereikbaar.
