This pitch is located in Cantal, Auvergne, France. Access via a small quiet campsite (30 pitches) without animation. Amenities: toilet, running water, hot shower. The pitch has a sink, toilet and shower. the pitch you can sit outside. From 21.00 there is no outdoor lighting, then it is really dark and you can enjoy a clear starry sky. In the evening the tawny owls can often be heard.
Nature and surroundings
The campsite is located in the Cantal, in the south of the Auvergne region. There is plenty to see and do in the area. Nearby is the small, cozy town of Salers. Definitely a must to visit. The area is wonderful for cycling with a road bike, or with the electric bike no distance or incline is too great and you can enjoy beautiful views and landscapes and just leave the car. The Cantal is a walking area par excellence. Hiking trails start from the campsite, with the maps provided you can enjoy them to the fullest. Of course the lake also offers numerous possibilities. You can swim.
