Detached cottage located on the Corrèze/Dordogne border with beautiful views. The house has a living room with open kitchen(43m²), two spacious bedrooms, a bathroom with shower à l'Italliënne, separate toilet, laundry room and workshop. On the back terrace is a lounge area. The cottage is located on a lottissement with detached houses. At the front is forest at the rear is a view of forest and rolling countryside. The house is located on a one-way road max 30km / h. It is a very quiet area, yet it is not lonely.
Nature and surroundings
Detached cottage (85m2) located on the Corrèze/Dordogne border with beautiful views of Cublac and Terrasson laVilledieu. In Cublac, at 1.5 km, you will find a bakery and restaurant. At 3km is Terrasson with its beautiful downtown, here you will find all kinds of stores, supermarkets, a bios and many restaurants. Every Thursday there is a big market. At 20 minutes you will find Lac du Cause where you can swim and sunbathe. In the area, both in the Dordogne and Corrèze, there is much to see and do. Hiking, canoeing, round trips, fishing, horseback riding, caves, castles, weekly markets, flea markets. Places like Montignac, Sarlat, Collonge la Rouge, Rocamadour but also Brantome and many others are worth visiting.

Joke October 6, 2023 General rating:Mooi huis, netjes, zit heerlijk vrij, voelde ons welkom, echt waar voor je geld, hele aardige eigenaars(nl), wij komen zeker terug!!p.s. bij activiteiten met nvt betekent dat wij t niet ondernomen hebben.
