The house (ground floor) was completely renovated in 2021. The living room has been given French doors to the terrace and a sitting area with wood stove. A kitchen (2021) containing all the comforts of combination microwave, dishwasher, induction hob, fridge freezer and a nespresso coffee machine. The bathroom (2021) has a large walk-in shower with rain shower, a toilet and vanity unit with a double sink. One bedroom with a double bed with all modern conveniences such as LED strips under the bed and dimmable reading lights. The house is rented per week, midweek and weekend. Prices include - Bed linen and towel package - Wood for the fireplace - Tourist tax - WiFi and digital TV (fiberglass) - Upon welcome there is a bottle of wine waiting for you. Nature and surroundings
The vacation house is very suitable for people who seek the tranquility of the countryside. It is situated next to a farm from the 17th century with a farmyard that is out of use. The plot is rural on a meandering stream the "upper slinge". Here in this authentic place you can relax. The house is located in the hamlet of Kotten, this hamlet is located near the German border. In the wooded, old cultural landscape, also called a coulisse landscape, you will find all the tranquility. You can enjoy cycling and hiking.
