Our nature house is a detached vacation home in Cazes, Puy l'Eveque. The cottage is built against a hill with a huge private area around the house and a private pool, open from June 15 to October 1, with large terrace. There are also 2 terraces, one of which is covered. Le Barbier is fully equipped for a successful vacation. When you enter the gite through your own entrance from your own spacious parking space you walk into the hallway. To the left are the toilet, separate shower and separate bathroom with sink, bathtub and washing machine. To the right you walk into the spacious living room with a 2-seater sofa and 2 comfortable armchairs, a dining table with 4 chairs. In the same space is the kitchenette with everything you need to enjoy cooking. The kitchen is completed with a fridge-freezer, a Nespresso espresso coffee machine, a combi over-microwave and a dishwasher. Small kitchen appliances are provided. Le Barbier is in a quiet location with complete freedom.
Nature and surroundings
This nature house is located near the Lot River amidst forests and vineyards. The Lot is known for its beautiful medieval bastides, towns, castles and fortresses, vast vineyards, excellent restaurants in many price ranges. On the Lot you can go canoeing, boating, fishing and swimming. Le Barbier is on the long-distance trail, GR 36 and near the GR 632. In the gite there are folders with beautiful hiking and cycling routes in the area and a folder with activities and attractions, also for children. All amenities such as a supermarket, bakeries, butchers, post office etc. can be found at 4.5 km. In Fumel at 14 km. you will find all major supermarkets and the largest market in the region on Thursday mornings. All other markets in the area are in the info folder as well as the "marché gourmand", the many seasonal food markets. In the immediate vicinity you will find many wine "chateaux" where you can taste and possibly buy the famous Cahors wines. We will gladly advise you.
