Super suitable for large groups. Very nice decoration because of the spacious living room with tables and couches and the convenient kitchen. The place is also very nice, close to a village but also nature. The outdoor space and the separate bathrooms per room are also a positive point. On the other hand, from the beginning, before booking, I would be clearer about the bar and the decibel meter because of neighbors. In my opinion, this is not an essential space and it is fine to mention that you advise not to use this space because of the neighbors.

Super geschikt voor grote groepen. Erg fijne inrichting vanwege de ruime woonkamer met tafels en ligbanken en de handige keuken. De plek is ook heel fijn, dichtbij een dorpje maar ook de natuur. Ook de buitenruimte en de afzonderlijke badkamers per kamer zijn een positief punt. Daarentegen zou ik vanaf het begin, voor de boeking, duidelijker zijn over de bar en de decibelmeter vanwege buren. Naar mijn mening is dit geen essentiële ruimte en kun je er prima bij benoemen dat jullie adviseren om deze ruimte niet te gebruiken vanwege de buren.

Space and nature was perfect. Quietness on the other hand a little less, because you are directly attached to a road.

De ruimte en natuur was perfect. Rust daarentegen wat minder, omdat je direct aan een weg vastzit.

Good location on the river Ourthe. Road in front of the door does not really bother. Spacious well-equipped kitchen. Spacious and cozy sitting area. Dining table a bit tucked away the corner. Spacious terraces on different levels. The bedrooms upstairs are in dire need of a refresh. They are relatively small rooms but if they were to be refreshed it would not be so bad. Everyone satisfied with the showers. Only the space is certainly suitable for larger numbers. The difference with the 2 rooms downstairs is much too large. I can imagine that this can sometimes cause a bit of friction.

Goede ligging aan de ourthe. Baan voor de deur stoort niet echt.
Ruime goed ingerichte keuken.
Ruime en gezellige zithoek.
Eettafel wel een beetje weggestopt de hoek.
Ruime terrassen op verschillende niveaus.
De slaapkamers boven zijn superdringend aan een opfris beurt nodig.
Het zijn betrekkelijk kleine kamers maar als ze opgefrist zouden worden is dit niet zo erg.
Iedereen tevreden over de douches.
Enkel de ruimte is zeker geschikt voor grotere aantallen.
Het verschil met de 2 kamers beneden is echter veel te groot.
Ik kan mij inbeelden dat dit soms tot een beetje wrijving kan zorgen.
