Get a breath of fresh air and enjoy Zeeuws Vlaanderen. This nature house is a cozy dike house and is located on an inner dike overlooking the rustic village of Groedeaan on one side and on the other side Waterdunen. The nature house is cozy and has a small kitchen with a dining table. There is a separate toilet and separate shower and laundry room, with also washing machine and dryer. In total, the cottage can accommodate 5 people. It is a lovely place with a spacious garden on a farm creek where you can fish or row. Rowing boat is available. In the bongerd with fruit trees are plenty of shady spots and a hammock to dream away in. It features two bedrooms with double box-spring beds and a single bed. The master bedroom has its own sink and TV. The wooden chalet in the garden has a double bed and a sofa bed for a 3rd person if necessary.
Nature and surroundings
The nature house is a cute dyke house. It is located on a creek and has private land, grassland and a bongerd all around. It is completely fenced in. The cottage is completely free on a creek where you can go fishing and 10 minutes by bike (5 minutes by car) you will find the beach and the sea. There is a large terrace where the sun shines from morning to evening. Beach tent Beachhouse or beach pavilion PUUR are highly recommended with views over the mouth of the Scheldt. Within cycling distance of Groede with the Slijkstraat. The Slijkstraat may not be the most famous, but it is certainly the oldest street in West Zeeland Flanders. Furthermore, you cycle in no time to Breskens with its ports and tasty restaurants. Oostburg, Cadzand and a little further away the fortified town of Sluis.

PM General rating:Niet te groot gezellig dijkhuis. Alles wat je nodig hebt is er. Zelfs handdoeken en opgemaakte bedden. Enige minpuntje vonden wij de steile trap naar de slaapverdieping. Als je wat slechter ter been bent is deze onhandig. Maar je kan ook goed slapen in de dependance.
Nature, peace & environment:Heel rustig plekje. Ontzettend grote tuin om het huisje. Vlak bij natuurgebied en het strand. Heerlijk om te fietsen
