is an old Tuscan farmhouse dating back to the 1800s, renovated respecting and reviving the original spaces without altering their original purpose. The material used was almost completely recovered on site and restored. The rooms are rustic, but very comfortable and full of an ancient charm.The spaces intended for hospitality consist of a large loggia used as a dining room, overlooked by two bedrooms with bathroom. The first, very large one is divided into two sectors by a special wooden partition. In the first there is a double bed and in the second 2 bunk beds. The bathroom is very large and comfortable, with two toilets and three showers. The second is a double bedroom with a large bathroom also suitable for people with disabilities. Also facing the loggia is a large kitchen with a fireplace for use by the farm, but which by agreement can be given to management.
Nature and surroundings
It is located within the Rincine State Property Complex in the municipality of Londa. The state property, covers an Apennine area of 1,450 hectares. Of these about 420 hectares fall within the Casentino Forest National Park. The 'altitude varies from 400 to 1400 m. The complex is provided with a gravel road network where no motor vehicles are allowed to pass unless they have the appropriate permit. In addition, there is a dense network of trails for hiking, horseback riding or Mtb riding. It is possible to take beautiful walks and interesting hikes, see wild animals, even in the vicinity of the house, participate in the activities of the farm and enjoy absolute silence and tranquility, just an hour away from Florence.
