Peter and Ninnia would like to welcome you to their chambres d'hôtes/gîte/studio and table d'hôtes Coursaint-Pierre, located in Paulhiac/Monflanquin between Bergerac and Toulouse. In February 2019, they took the big step and left everything behind in Belgium (Ghent) to realize their dream in France. The 4.6 ha site is surrounded by agricultural fields and forests. The quiet location where there is no direct view of the property features a heated communal pool (14m x 6m) with a beautiful panoramic view. The covered terrace of 125m² offers cooling during the hot summer days. Deck chairs with parasols are available free of charge on the open terrace. The gîte is equipped with all the necessary luxury and are stylishly decorated, in full harmony with the rural environment. Every evening (except Tuesday) you can also enjoy a 3-course menu with drinks, made with love by Ninnia (35€/p, children from 3 to 10 years, 2-course menu at 18€/p)

Lot et Garonne, known as "la campagne," but more and more the region is becoming better known to tourists. It lies just below the Dordogne. The region is known for its many hiking and cycling trails as well as mountain bike routes. Canoeing, fishing or other water sports are possible nearby. Coursaint-Pierre is 8 minutes away from Monflanquin where there are stores and restaurants, there is also a local market every week on Thursday.
