Nature house in Le Mont-Dieu

This vacation home is a Chateau located in the French Ardennes, completely surrounded by nature. From the house you have a beautiful view over the fields and forests. There are 8 bedrooms for a total of 15 people. There are 6 bathrooms with showers and sinks. Each room also has its own sink. From the dining room you can access the cozy living room with wood stove. The chapel is directly accessible from the Castle. In this additional sitting and relaxation area there is a soccer table and armchairs . Of course, there is also an equipped kitchen with dishwasher ( in May 2022 the kitchen was renewed with spacious island with large worktop and an additional dishwasher). Next to the living room there is a large covered terrace where you can enjoy the beautiful sunset in the evening. In the outbuilding there is a small room with a ping-pong table and stage. A little further on in the garden there is a campfire area. Check-out on Sunday is possible until 4 pm.

This castle is located in the French Ardennes in le Mont-Dieu just about 30 km from the Belgian border. It is a beautiful, natural region with woods and open fields. A very nice area for hiking and cycling, motorcycle or car trips. (A small supermarket with butcher and 2 bakeries are located in Le Chesne at 8 km. In Le Chesne there is also le Lac de Bairon, a large recreational lake with swimming and sports facilities and 2 restaurants with a beautiful terrace.
