This newly built chalet (2022) is fully equipped. On 840 m2 of private land, directly adjacent to the Elspeter heath. The owners live 275 meters away, the chalet is directly accessible with a private entrance from the heath. Of course, the grounds are fenced, both to keep any pets inside or to keep wildlife out. From the chalet you have a beautiful view of the heath and meadows. Layout: hall with connection to the bathroom and living room. The living room has an open kitchen, which is equipped with microwave/oven, refrigerator, 4 burner stove and dishwasher. Besides the 2-seater sofa with view of the surroundings and TV also a dining table set and an easy chair. The bedroom has a direct connection to the bathroom. There is also a television by the 2-bed and you can walk onto the terrace through the sliding doors, both from the living room and the bedroom. There is also TV / WiFi via fiber.
Nature and surroundings
The site is directly adjacent to the Elspeterheide, 150 meters from the chalet is the bike path between Vierhouten and Elspeet, cycling junction 14 is very close. Part of the moor is dog walking area, which begins on the other side of the bicycle path. Through the many bike paths in the area there are numerous other opportunities in the area for the true nature lover to enjoy nature. In addition, Vierhouten is the culinary pearl of the Veluwe with 7 restaurants in the village. In the nearby village of Nunspeet (8km) all imaginable amenities are available. You can also rent bicycles in Elspeet (5km). Furthermore, the wider area offers numerous recreational opportunities; think of nature park De Hoge Veluwe with the Kröller-Müller museum.
