Nature house in Uithuizen

This nature house is a duplex. It consists of two identical (mirror-image) houses, each with 2 bedrooms (3 adults + 1 child—child’s bed: 1.70 m). This makes it ideal for a vacation with friends or family. If you rent one cottage, we won’t rent out the other, so you’ll have plenty of peace and privacy. The private property spans over 2,000 m² and offers plenty of space to sit outside, play, build a campfire, or light the fire pit. From your bed, you can look out into the garden and often spot birds. The houses feature a kitchen equipped with a 2-burner gas stove, a refrigerator, an air fryer/oven, a kettle, and a coffee maker. There is a spacious dining table and a sitting area around the wood stove. Wi-Fi is available. There is no TV. However, there are plenty of games and drawing and painting supplies. Beds: 1 double bed, 1 loft bed, 1 children’s bed (1.60 m long). Safety: smoke detector, fire extinguisher, annual chimney sweeping.

This nature house has a large garden with deciduous trees and many fruit trees. This area has traditionally been home to seven workers’ cottages. Three of these have been preserved, including numbers 3 and 5. Remnants of the other cottages can still be seen on the property. Our guests greatly appreciate the peace and space. Waking up in the morning to the sounds of birds and enjoying a cup of tea or coffee in front of the house in the early morning sun... This nature house is located near Uithuizen, which offers many amenities. The Wadden Sea is about 15 km away, as is Noordkaap, the northernmost point of the Netherlands. From there, you have a view of the mudflats and the water, with the endless sky above. You can go on a guided mudflat walk from Noordpolderzijl. But you’re also welcome to simply wander through the salt marshes on your own. Experience the mudflats! There are many cycling routes in the north. As you sail through the maren, you’ll enjoy the tranquil landscape of water and fields. Moor your boat in a picturesque village.
