A pleasant retreat surrounded by nature for a peaceful break.It is located in a charming location on a mountain at 700 mt, in a small mountain village that still retains the typical rural dwellings with rustic courtyards.It enjoys a spectacular view of the surrounding mountains and Lake Varese just 20 minutes from 'Lake Maggiore.An ideal place for people who love nature, rest, walks and hikers. Renovated in 2021 in POP ART style, it is equipped with all amenities. The Cottage can be reached only by car, not by public transportation.The road is paved but not very wide (serpentine road). In some places it narrows, which means you will have to be comfortable backing up to let any oncoming cars pass.
Nature and surroundings
This tranquil protected environment offers opportunities for recreation and relaxation, as well as the opportunity for a variety of hikes of varying difficulty, where, among other things, it is possible to discover the special characteristics of the local fauna. From the peaks of the mountains Pizzoni di Laveno, Sasso del Ferro there is a spectacular view of Lake Maggiore and the Alpine chain. Various hiking trails are nearby. Here with us, Nature is the absolute protagonist. Jean-Jacques Rousseau wrote "There is a book always open to all eyes: nature " Come to us and enjoy reading, you will be amazed. NB. The last piece of road, about 100 mt is unpaved and narrow, not suitable for a car too wide. We have private parking on site but alternatively, public parking is 300 meters away where you can park your car and we can help you with your luggage.
