In our nature house you will unwind in nature. The cottage is cozy and has a kitchenette with a 1-burner electric stove. The cottage also has a terrace at the back. The B&B is near Franeker, on the Elfstedenroute for cyclists and walkers. From Slappeterp you can go in all directions, to the sea dyke with its beautiful views, day trip to the Wadden Islands and visit nice towns. You can also use an outdoor fireplace, for 5 euros you have a basket full of wood. Breakfast is not included. We welcome you to our beautiful pod!

A great tiny home, well-furnished with everything you need. Comfortable bed; an outdoor heater out front by the door, and another out back on the deck above the ditch, with lounge chairs. From there, a fantastic, sweeping view of the meadows and many species of birds that land and then fly off again. It’s mid-October, so it’s starting to get a bit colder and a bit more humid. Time to turn on the heater. The shower is in the main house, but it’s nice and spacious and also has a heater. We went out exploring by bike (and also by car). Visited some charming little towns. (Franeker, Leeuwarden).
Prima tiny home, goed ingericht met alles wat je nodig hebt. Goed bed; een buitenkacheltje vóór bij de deur, en ook achter op de vlonder boven de sloot, met luie stoelen. Daar een fantastisch wijds uitzicht over de weilanden en vele soorten vogels die neerstrijken en weer verder vliegen. Het is midden oktober dus het begint al wat kouder te worden en ook wat vochtiger. Kacheltje aan dus. Douche is bij het grote huis, maar lekker ruim en ook voorzien van een kacheltje. Met de fiets ( en ook de auto) er op uit getrokken. Leuke stadjes bezocht. ( Franeker, Leeuwarden).
