This nature house is located in the Arkemheen polder in Nijkerk. A charming 5-person nature house with a spacious yard featuring a trampoline. 2 parking spaces. One bedroom on the ground floor and two upstairs. Situated on a farmyard, yet quite secluded, next to the road. Fully equipped. Made-up beds, towels, toilet paper, etc., are provided. A travel crib, stair gates, and a high chair are available. Washing machine and dryer are provided. Located on a cycling route with junction points. Electric cars cannot be charged here; there is a charging station about 2 km away or at the Lidl in Nijkerk. If you have any further questions, please let us know.
Nature and surroundings
The Arkemheen Polder is one of the oldest polders in the Netherlands, located near the town of Nijkerk in the province of Gelderland, within the municipalities of Nijkerk and Putten. The polder was created after Duke Reinoud III of Gelre granted the right to reclaim the area on March 28, 1356.

Een fijn huisje, zeer compleet. Een lichte woonkamer en een ruime keuken. Zowel aan tafel als in de zithoek 5 goede zitplekken. Spelletjes en boeken aanwezig.
Zeer vriendelijke ontvangst, twee lieve honden die het fijn vinden als je ze even op het erf komt begroeten.
Beneden zeer ruime slaapkamer, boven 3 goede bedden. Alles is al verzorgd: bedden opgemaakt, keukenlinnen, en duidelijke instructie waar wat te vinden is, waar, indien nodig, extra dekbed of dekens. De steile trap naar boven is het enige dat maakt dat het huisje voor meerdere mensen die slecht ter been zijn wat minder geschikt zou zijn.
Een echte aanrader, vlak bij dorpjes als Spakenburg, en een grotere stad als Amersfoort.Heel rustig, er komt regelmatig een hardloper langs, en af en toe een auto, maar dat is het.
Veel vogeltjes rond het huisje, en vanuit de woonkamer zicht op de scharrelende kippen en konijnen. -

Gezellig, schoon, erg compleet qua inventaris. Goed bed, slaapkamer op de begane grond vonden wij praktisch, fijne douche. Ruime tuin, mooi uitzicht. Gewoon een erg fijn huisje om te verblijven.
We hebben opnieuw genoten van deze prachtige landelijke omgeving. We hadden mooi weer en hebben veel vogels gezien, waaronder enkelen die we nog niet eerder waargenomen hadden.
