Luxury bungalow by the sea (overlooking the Mediterranean Sea), for vacation, permanent living and wintering, with a total land area of 500 m2, living area of 135 m2, 5 rooms, fully furnished, living room, SAT-TV room, dining kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom. And a spacious roof terrace! The house is 170 meters from the Mediterranean, and about 4 km from Mazara del Vallo (SW) on the coastal road SP38 to Torretta Granitola. It has been redesigned by us into a modern, luxurious and wheelchair accessible bungalow with all the comforts considering our old age. It has become a safe and solid house and from that it derives its value. Living there, it has always embraced us. The house is completely in order with all the necessary permits. The bungalow is located in Contrada San Nicola Dragonara, a few kilometers south of and as a hamlet belonging to Mazara del Vallo. You can also find the house Elabarcava on all social media like instagram etc.
Nature and surroundings
* Selinunte: Selinunte Archaeological Park* Marinella di Selinunte: a single seaside town near the archaeological park.Continuing a little south along the coast for a beautiful beach with a delicious beachfront restaurante:* Spiaggia la Pineta*Mama Caura: A fun day trip to the salt pans, a beautiful beach restaurant where you can have lunch and dinner overlooking the salt pans for a reasonable price. A boat runs to the island of Favignana. Highly recommended! You can make a walk around the island.*Erice: a fortified town situated at 700 meters altitude -the view from the mountain over Trapani, the coastline, the bays, the salt pans and the Egadi Islands is one of the most beautiful in Sicily (Wikipedia). It's more than an hour's drive and you have to leave on time. Nice to have lunch in one of the restaurants in the center (do make reservations) !
