Cozy characteristic detached house. Privately situated with garden and beautiful views all around. In addition, the house has a large swimming pool (5x10). The ground floor consists of a kitchen with all necessary equipment (including dishwasher, washing machine, dryer and Nespresso machine). In addition, there is a living room with wood stove. In the hall is the toilet. Separately located downstairs is a bedroom with a double bed (1.60x2.00) with shower and sink. On the second floor there are two bedrooms both with a double bed (1.60x2.00 and 1.40x2.00) and a bathroom with toilet.

In and around our detached 5 person 3 bedroom vacation home you can enjoy peace, space and beautiful nature. It is located in a beautiful part of the Dordogne, rolling with many attractions and lively towns. The village Rouffignac-Saint-Cernin-de-Reilhac is less than 4 km from our house with a real French bakery, butcher and supermarket. On Sundays there is a market and in the surrounding area there are brocante and evening markets. A vacation in the Dordogne is a true discovery of an ancient landscape with picturesque villages, beautiful castles and churches and of course the river Dordogne, where this region is named after. In addition, you can enjoy delicious wine and regional dishes and there are also plenty of challenges for the sporty or adventurous holidaymaker.
