The nature house is located on a bright square and has a terrace with fantastic views of hills and valleys, forests and meadows. On the ground floor is the living room with open kitchen and on the first floor are two bedrooms and the bathroom. The house has beautiful beams and wooden floors and is decorated in authentic style.
Nature and surroundings
In southern France, by the river Tarn between Albi and Millau, is Albugue, our medieval homestead in a nature reserve in the Aveyron department. The houses and pitches offer breathtaking views over hills and valleys. Around two courtyards are five houses, built of stacked stone with slate roofs. Arches, steps and vistas give the whole a romantic and playful character. We have sheep, chickens, cats, bees and two dogs. This nature house is located on a private road and no traffic passes by. At 400m meanders a stream with a water basin and a waterfall. Swimming river Tarn 10 minutes away. We offer mapped hiking trails and a folder of trips to castles, markets, museums, etc. We sell jams, honey and vegetables from the garden. In high season it is a very suitable place for people with small children. There are always friends to play with and workshops twice a week.
