The house features 2 living rooms, each with its own open kitchen, 3 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms. It also boasts a very large garden with several terraces and lounge chairs, a jumbo-sized 4-person daybed, an outdoor kitchen, and a lovely private pool. In addition to the front porch, the house offers a stunning view of the olive grove behind the house, with the surrounding hills of the nearby area visible in the distance. The house is situated in a very quiet location at the end of the street and is completely free of aircraft noise from Valencia Airport. Both floors have their own living room, bedroom(s) (including bed linens), and bathroom (including bath linens, bath towels, and a hair dryer). A fully equipped kitchen, with dishwasher(es), air conditioning/heating, and a washer/dryer.

Montserrat is a municipality in Spain. It is located in the Ribera Alta region of Valencia. The town is actually situated at the foot of Castellet Mountain. The town’s location on a small hill gives it a beautiful appearance. Anyone who visits Montserrat finds it very interesting. This area of the hill is known as High Era. The town owes its name to the distinctive rock formations found on the northern slope of the hill. There are numerous monuments and other points of interest to see when you visit Montserrat. In fact, it is beloved and praised by most tourists. The town’s history dates back to the 12th century. The first mention of the town can be traced back to historical texts from 1240. It remained under the rule of the Pérez de Zapata family from 1307 to 1763. Numerous changes took place in the city’s administrative structure during this period. The conversion of a number of Moors to Christianity occurred during the 16th century.
