Nature house in Borgsweer

Do you want to get away with friends or family? Then this beautiful large farmhouse with private garden near Termunterzijl is a great place to stay. The house is spacious and fully equipped. In the barn there are a few old bikes, a pedal tractor and a go-kart, as well as toys and games. If you like cooking, you can cook to your heart's content in the kitchen or outside on the charcoal BBQ. There is 1 bathroom with shower, bath and toilet and a separate toilet. In the living room there is a wood stove. Behind a large room divider you will find 2 single beds in the living room. The 3 bedrooms are spacious. Both an adult and a child can sleep in the bedstead (gate in front). A crib can be added. Everything is on the ground floor. Due to a few stairs (3 steps), the house is not suitable for the disabled. Beds are made on arrival, kitchen linen and towels are provided.

The monumental farm is located on an old mound, in northern Groningen. Next to the vacation farm is our modern arable farm. You are therefore staying in a real Groningen agricultural environment with its vast wheat and potato fields. The farm is located about 2 km from the Eems-Dollard dike, between Delfzijl and Termunterzijl. You can walk, fish, cycle in the area on the many bicycle paths along the Termunterzijldiep. Along the dike you can go to Germany and nature reserve Breebaardpolder (with seal lookout point) and Nieuw Statenzijl or to Delfzijl and Appingedam. Termunterzijl, with its (fish) restaurants, is about 3 km away. Enjoy the farm's lovely garden! Other activities in the area include canoeing, two lakes about 20 km away, the islands of Schiermonnikoog or Borkum, day trip to the city of Groningen, nature reserve Roegwold, Thermen Bad Nieuweschans, etc.
