From old chicken barn to a cool "indoor-outdoor residence". Our 2nd stay is located at the edge of the plot and overlooks the fields towards Elburg. You enjoy not only when you sit outside on one of the terraces, but also inside from the couch or easy chairs. There are nl two walls of glass through which inside and outside are connected. On beautiful evenings the sun sets on the other side (for nothing ;-). Spacious living room and kitchen with private shower-toilet. Sleeping area in the attic with full staircase as entrance. - Google designates us as Bed and Breakfast, but we do not provide breakfast, but all facilities to do so on your own. - We do our best with text and photos to be as clear as possible about our offerings. The most enthusiastic visitors are generally just a bit more 'sporty' or 'adventurous'. Then you can enjoy the possibly just plowed field of the neighbor. See also our cottages 54959 and 71058.
Nature and surroundings
The nature house is located on the historic Stadsweg in the outskirts of Elburg. There are the monuments, terraces and restaurants. Or the harbor to eat a fish. A little further is the randmeer, while the other side begins on the Veluwe. In the area in between you can also cycle and walk endlessly between the meadows or on the estates opposite. Vera August 15, 2025 General rating:Very nice stay had. We were there for the 3rd time now. Only downside is that you have to pick up the bedding yourself at the end of the stay.
Heel fijn verblijf gehad. We waren er nu voor de 3e keer. Enige minpuntje is dat je zelf het beddengoed moet afhalen aan het einde van het verblijf.
Nature, peace & environment:Beautiful, quiet setting. Direct view of fields from the cottage. Well cared for cottage. Easy contact with the landlord.

Helemaal top! Robert is een goede gastheer, die ook nog even kennis kwam maken nadat we waren ingecheckt. Voelde meteen als thuiskomen. In het huisje zelf misten we ook niets. Er waren buiten genoeg terrassen om altijd in of juist uit de zon te kunnen zitten, binnen fijne stoelen, tafel, mooie grote keuken. Er waren zelfs boeken en spelletjes aanwezig. De bedden lagen heerlijk! Al met al een top plek voor een weekendje weg of zelfs een langer verblijf.
