This nature house is located next to our Hochwald Ferienhaus and is a modern furnished vacation bungalow with spacious private garden with BBQ and is beautifully situated in picturesque Bad Sachsa. The bungalow is equipped with an open kitchen, a modern living room and a spacious bedroom with bathroom. The garden has (seasonal depending) both a lazy sitting area and a bistro set and also a hammock is not lacking. In the outdoor fireplace cum BBQ you can also cozy a fire. Nature house is equipped with an Android TV with all kinds of Dutch and German channels as well as Netflix and Amazon Prime, YouTube and more. For this you need good internet, and there is. Wifi and internet use is free, as it should be. Your pets are welcome for a small fee of 25 euros per stay. (They remain lubbers :-) The Harz and Bad Sachsa are a paradise for hikers, mountain bikers and motorcyclists. Several hiking and mountain bike routes even start literally in our backyard.

Before "the iron curtain" was lifted, this village was the last resort in West Germany. Here and there, silent witnesses such as the watchtowers of the VoPos (Volkspolizei DDR) can still be found in the landscape. Strolling along and over the former minefields on foot or by bike is a special experience. Even without exploring yourself, that chapter is insightfully portrayed in the Grenzlandmuseum Bad Sachsa. Those who want to relax after all the outdoor activities can visit the various restaurants and pubs in addition to the garden. In Salztal Paradies, a 10-minute walk from us, you can enjoy year-round ice-skating in the indoor ice hall, or just the opposite, swimming in the adjacent tropical pool that also features a sauna and Turkish bath. "Regenbogenland" an indoor playground for the little ones is located in the same complex. A family restaurant completes it all.
