Ideally located for beautiful walks or mountain bike tours. There is no light pollution here, so when night falls, you can enjoy a beautiful starry sky. In spring nature awakens and the gorse bushes and wild daffodils are in bloom, in summer we enjoy the shady forests and can pick blackberries. In autumn, the mix of deciduous and coniferous trees creates an explosion of colors and you can find the tastiest mushrooms. In winter a carpet of snow provides an extra romantic atmosphere, yes we are in the middle mountains, at 780m altitude, so be prepared and make sure the car has the necessary facilities. The cottage is isolated, 3km from the village of Javaugues and can be reached by an unpaved forest road.

Marian August 9, 2025 General rating:We missed a spot of shade in the morning but a fine large umbrella made up for it during the morning. This was really the only downside. The rest is top!
We misten een schaduwplekje in de ochtend maar door een fijne grote parasol kwam dat in de loop van de ochtend weer goed. Dit was echt het enige minpuntje. De rest is top!
