Nature house in Gendt

A unique place and a unique building, a pyramid! Your stay is on the ground floor. You have access to a spacious sleeping and living room (45m2), kitchen, shower and toilet. There is a large terrace with a cozy sitting area, hammock and the possibility to light a fire. In cooler weather you can sit in the large conservatory and overlook the lush garden. If you are a lover of yoga or meditation, you can use the king's room on the second floor in consultation. We offer a wonderful place to unwind and explore the nature of the river landscape in the Gelderse Poort from here. In addition to the double bed in the pyramid, there is an additional sleeping possibility in the guest cottage. This is close to the pyramid. It is a very nice little house with two single beds For an additional charge of €25,-/night this can be booked. There is also the possibility to place a small tent in the garden near the pyramid.

The nature house is located on the Waal dike in the outskirts of the village of Gendt. (between Nijmegen and Arnhem) You walk from the Pyramid directly to the river with its beautiful beaches and beautiful floodplains. A great walking area. We are on the 3 ferry route. By bike you can easily reach one of the other banks. So you can use the dikes e.g. to the Millingerwaard with its unique tea garden, Doornenburg Castle and Fort Pannerden, where the Rhine splits. A visit to Nijmegen, the oldest city in the Netherlands, is also worthwhile. In the village you will find small stores and a supermarket. There is also a nice natural swimming pool. If you want to stroll, hike, bike, enjoy nature or just relax then you will surely have a great time here!
