Nature house in Schotten

The eco-house was built using ecological building materials. The clay-plastered walls, exposed beams and large windows as well as the conservatory give it a particularly pleasant indoor climate. The lower floor is a vacation apartment with a conservatory for 4 people. On the upper floor there is 1 apartment (2 persons) and a double room. Both together can also be booked as a vacation apartment for 4 people. Opposite the Ökohaus, about 20 meters away, is our main house with further vacation apartments and rooms. A total of 29 people can be accommodated.

The Oberwaider Hof is idyllically situated in a secluded location, surrounded by woods and fields. The Oberwaider Hof is located in central Hesse (35 km to Giessen and 80 km to Frankfurt) in the beautiful Vogelsberg, approx. 2 km from the town of Schotten with the neighboring Hoherodskopf. You can reach our farm via a separate signposted exit from the B276 main road between Laubach and Schotten. We are your specialist for organic farm vacations.
