Although the villa appears to be surrounded by nature, it is actually very centrally located, at the edge of a small village with a church, a shepherd, two simple eateries, and next to a nature park. A 5-minute drive takes you to São Brás de Alportel, where you’ll find a market, supermarkets, and restaurants. Faro Airport is 20 km away, and beautiful beaches are also within a half-hour drive. The house is situated in a vast Natura 2000 area with olive trees, pine trees, cork oaks, and eucalyptus trees. The villa has 20 solar panels, a solar water heater, and a well with filtered drinking water. The pool is treated with magnesium, which is very good for the skin and hypoallergenic. From your pool terrace, you’ll enjoy stunning views of the hills, and there’s a large table where you can dine in the shade. Please note: the pool loses its sunny position from mid-October to mid-March. Further down, there are two more terraces in the woods where you can relax in a hammock, play Jeu-de-boules, or swing.
