Welcome to our place! A beautiful spot in a natural setting right next to our farmhouse. Spend the night in our cozy, simply furnished wagon and wake up to the sound of birds singing all around you. Our wagon comes standard with a comfortable double bed made up with a fitted sheet and pillows. You’ll need to bring your own blanket or sleeping bag. Otherwise, it’s a nice “Back to Basics” experience: enjoying yourself with minimal luxury. That means: an outdoor (compost) toilet, a simple outdoor shower with a hot-water bag, and cooking facilities—including pots and pans—outdoors under the canopy. A kettle, coffee, tea, and tableware are provided in the wagon. Dogs are allowed on a leash, provided they are friendly toward people and other animals (our own dog roams freely on the property, as do the ducks and sometimes a pony). Nature and surroundings
A beautiful setting in the Limburg countryside. The Sarsven and the Banen (a peatland area) lie right behind our farm. A little further on, you’ll find the lovely Peel region (former peatlands). The immediate surroundings are very diverse: fens, forests, farmland, villages, and grasslands all blend together. Hikers, cyclists, and horseback riders or carriage drivers can easily take advantage of the many junction routes that start practically right next to our farm. Looking for a bit more culture? Weert and Roermond are nearby, and even a trip to Maastricht (45 min) is well worth it. So there’s something for everyone!
