This nature house is a completely renovated, detached villa and is located among orange fields in the interior of Valencia. Located 2 minutes walk to the Turia Natural Park with its beautiful river and within walking distance to the village of Pedralba with all amenities, bars and a number of restaurants. The nature house, which means beautiful view, offers beautiful views from all terraces on the surroundings. On the roof terrace you can enjoy a delicious wine. We have stocked our wine fridge with the best wines from the Valencia area. There are two adjoining bedrooms and 1 bathroom, ideal for a family. From the bedrooms you overlook the covered terrace with beautiful unobstructed views of the mountains and the nature reserve Turia. On this terrace is the living room with TV and a beautiful large open kitchen equipped with all the luxuries, including a dishwasher.

The area is perfect for bird watching, hiking and mountain biking. Every spring the hoopoe bird has a nest in our garden and you can spot it right from your terrace to take beautiful pictures! There is also an eagle pair nearby and the bee-eaters are never far away either. The Turia River can be reached on foot 200 meters away. Here you can take a refreshing dip in the crystal clear water, go for a walk or fish for trout (with a permit, which we can arrange). From the villa there are several walks to make, including to a beautiful cave just across the river or take the walk that leads to the viewpoint of Pedralba from where you have a beautiful view of the village and the mountains of the Sierra de Chiva. Across the street from our villa there are sports facilities including 2 tennis courts and 2 padel courts, a large municipal outdoor swimming pool and a good restaurant serving tapas, pizza and tasty burgers.
