Nature house in Emst

This romantic chalet is more spacious than it appears in the photos. It really has everything we needed. The kitchen, which features a four-burner stove, is well-stocked with dishes, pots, pans, and utensils. In addition to a refrigerator, there’s also a freezer with several drawers. The various lamps, blankets, and pillows create a truly cozy atmosphere. We were also pleased with the large shower in the bathroom.
There are plenty of different seating options both inside and outside.
In the shed, there are two bicycles available for free use, as well as a washer and dryer.

Dieses romantische Chalet ist geräumiger als es auf den Bildern scheint. Es ist wirklich alles vorhanden, was wir brauchten. In der Küche mit vierflammigen Herd gibt es viel Geschirr, Töpfe, Pfannen und Utensilien. Neben einem Kühlschrank steht auch ein Gefrierschrank mit mehreren Schubladen zur Verfügung. Die verschiedenen Lampen, Decken und Kissen sorgen für eine wirklich gemütliche Atmosphäre. Auch im Bad waren wir erfreut über die große Dusche.
Es gibt viele unterschiedliche Sitzgelegenheiten drinnen und draußen.
Im Schuppen stehen zwei Fahrräder zur freien Verfügung sowie eine Wascchmaschine und ein Trockner.

The cottage is situated in a beautiful natural landscape with plenty of woods and heathland. It has an idyllic, fenced-in garden with a variety of lovely seating areas. There is direct access to bike paths and hiking trails.
Although the property is on the edge of a park, a path runs right past the gate that is used by many pedestrians, dogs, and cyclists.
Nearby, there is a beautiful swimming lake with a sandy beach. Dogs are not allowed there.

Das Häuschen liegt in einer wunderschönen Naturlandschaft mit viel Wald und Heideland. Es hat einen eingezäunten idyllischen Garten mit schönen, verschiedenen Sitzgelegenheiten. Man hat direkten Anschluß an Rad- und Wanderwege.
Das Grundstück ist zwar am Rand eines Parks, doch führt direkt vor dem Tor ein Weg lang, den viele Fußgänger, Hunde und Fahrräder nutzen.
In der Nähe gibt es einen schönen Badesee mit Sandstrand. Dort sind Hunde nicht erlaubt.

We really enjoyed the cottage. It looks neat and tidy inside. Everything we needed was there. We even baked a cake using the ingredients we found in the cottage. There’s a wolf whistle attached to both sets of keys. The gate at the front of the cottage locks. There’s wonderful air conditioning. We loved sitting outside!! I really enjoyed that to the fullest. It was wonderfully cool in the woods. Our dog was also able to sniff around and relax in the garden without us having to worry. We saw a badger and some wild boars.

Het huisje is ons erg goed bevallen. Ziet er keurig uit van binnen. Alles is aanwezig. We hebben zelfs een cake gebakken met de spullen uit het huisje. Er zit keurig een wolvenfluitje aan allebei de sleutelbossen. Het hek aan de voorkant van het huisje kan op slot. Heerlijke airco aanwezig. Heerlijk buiten gezeten!! Daar heb ik echt volop van genoten. Heerlijk koel in de bossen. Onze hond kon ook heerlijk in de tuin snuffelen en liggen zonder dat je je zorgen hoeft te maken. We hebben een das gezien en zwijntjes.

I found there were quite a few cyclists passing by the cottage. It wasn’t completely private—you could see the road and the people walking toward the nature reserve. But that’s just my personal opinion; I had expected it to be different. The nature is beautiful—I really enjoyed it. It’s a lovely, large nature reserve perfect for walking right from the cottage. And it’s perfect for the dog; the entire yard is nicely enclosed with fences. It’s wonderful to sit outside. There’s always a spot with either sun or shade. The campground store is a short walk to Camping De Wildhoeve, which is a little further down the road. It’s just a shame that you have to walk quite a distance to take out the trash.

Ik vond het nog best druk met fietsers die voor het huisje langsfietsen. Niet algehele privacy, je kon de weg zien en de mensen die lopen naar het natuurgebied. Maar dat is ook persoonlijk ik had het anders verwacht. De natuur is prachtig, erg van genoten. Mooi groot natuurgebied om te wandelen zo vanuit het huisje. En perfect voor de hond, de hele tuin is mooi afgeschermd met hekken. Je kan heerlijk buiten zitten. Er is altijd wel een plekje met zon of schaduw. De campingwinkel is een klein stukje lopen naar camping de wildhoeve iets verderop. Alleen jammer dat de vuilnis een stuk lopen is om weg te gooien.
