Very nice country house with 180 degree unobstructed views in the Schneifel. The detached 75 sqm country house has been extended with a 10 sqm conservatory. This can be accessed from the open-plan kitchen with adjoining living room and dining area. The first floor also has a bathroom with infrared sauna, steam shower and washing machine as well as a storage room under the stairs. On the top floor there is a bedroom with a double bed and solarium, another bedroom with a double bed and a separate WC. The kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartments, Senseo coffee machine, toaster, egg boiler and kettle. There are plenty of crockery, glasses and cutlery. In the living room there are 2 large sofas, TV armchairs, 47 inch TV, satellite receiver, DVD player and Bose soundbar. The house also has WLAN and board games. Please bring your own bed linen, towels and tea towels.

The country house is located at the end of the small Schneifel vacation home park with a total of 9 country houses on the edge of the Schneifel mountain range and the "Schwarzer Mann" winter sports area at 697 m above sea level. The next larger town, Prüm, is 8 km away, while the small town of Bleialf, 3 km away, has several bakeries, restaurants, grocery stores, a pharmacy, doctors, a gas station, post office and ATMs. For leisure activities, there are several well-signposted hiking trails in the immediate vicinity. There is an outdoor pool at the Bleialf campsite. Other swimming and bathing facilities are only a few minutes away by car. The Eifel zoo and the visitor mine round off the leisure activities on offer.
