Nestled in the west wing of the château, this characterful cottage overlooks the River Tarn and offers an exceptional panorama of unspoiled nature. Here, calm, elegance and authenticity come together for a timeless stay. This 157 m² gîte combines old-world charm and contemporary comfort. The large living room, with fireplace, French ceiling and remarkable 15th century mullioned window, opens onto the garden and the river. The fully equipped kitchen invites you to share convivial moments around a large table that can accommodate up to 12 guests. The cottage offers four bedrooms spread over two floors, three bathrooms plus independent studio. Outside, several relaxation areas allow you to fully enjoy the area: meals on the banks of the Tarn, under a large cherry tree or on the terrace. A private beach with pontoon, deck chairs and canoes completes this rare setting, ideal for recharging your batteries along the water.
Nature and surroundings
The castle is located in the Tarn Valley, at the gates of the Haut-Languedoc Regional Natural Park. The valley is preserved and numerous hikes, walks in the forest (to pick mushrooms), bike rides or canoe rides await you. The wildlife is quite breathtaking along the River Tarn (numerous birds of prey, kingfishers, foxes, badgers, even otters if you are lucky, etc.).
