Beautiful, cozy warm old farmhouse nestled in the French countryside. A peaceful setting in a picturesque setting where family and friends can fully relax and enjoy nature away from the hustle and bustle of city life. Plenty of outdoor space and a private pond to spend evenings by. Close to Futuroscope, Poitiers centre ville, Chauvigny, Vélo Rail, Valley des singes and many other attractions. This charming space has a sprawling garden surrounding a huge pond. Outdoor dining in the summer months is so special next to the pond. The house is unique with a large dining room table, a large table in the kitchen and a fireplace for cozy evenings in the house. There is private parking for the car. Guests have exclusive access to the main house, garden and pond. Fishing in the pond is allowed, but we ask you to bring your own fishing rods and throw the fish back into the pond.
Nature and surroundings
Beautiful walks are around the property, a large lake/pond is located on the property grounds. There are plenty of fish in the pond for any fishing enthusiasts, we just ask that you bring your own fishing gear and that you throw the fish back into the pond afterwards. This place is both charming and wonderful in the summer and in the colder months.
