Nature and surroundings
"It is one of the great mountain known in the Islamic period under the name of Alquería Xular. Its main houses are emblematic and you will certainly be surprised when you arrive. It is located in the valley of the same name between Puig de Alcadena, Castell d'Alaró, Puig d'Amós and Puig de Almadrá. Between the villages of Alaró and Orient. "Ses Cases de Sollerich", are our two houses for weekly vacation rentals. In the nature house inside the main houses of the possessió, and outside "Es Refugi". Sollerich, apart from the main houses, is a valley of olive trees and the mountains of about 700h through which there are numerous paths for the old oil extraction. They lead to other small farms belonging to the main houses. Today they are very interesting routes with spectacular landscapes. We provide customers with these routes and a map with information about bird-watching stations, ethnological elements, flora and fauna.

Het huisje is onderdeel van een groot oud landhuis. Het landhuis ligt er verlaten bij en ademt naar vergane glorie. Je moet er wel tegen kunnen dat je de enige bewoner bent op deze afgelegen plaats en het er snacht pikdonker en dood stil is.
Nature, peace & environment:Prachtige natuur, heerlijke uitvalsbasis voor schitterende wandelingen.

Enorm fijne plek. Rustig en authentiek. Genoten van de hout kachel in de avond.
Nature, peace & environment:Prachtig in de natuur en naast een wandel en fiets route. Perfect om zelf te verkennen zonder ergens heen te hoeven rijden.

De woning zelf is ruim, eenvoudig, smaakvol ingericht in plattelandsstijl. Prima bedden. Keukenuitrusting zou nog ietsje kunnen worden uitgebreid (bv goede messen en snijplanken) maar dat is dan ook het enige wat je zou kunnen opmerken.
Heel, heel veel buitenruimte en een heerlijk zwembad.Nature, peace & environment:Prachtig! Een oergevoel. Machtige bergen op de achtergrond, oude olijfbomen op terrassen, overal schapen, mooie oude paden met gestapelde muurtjes...
En als toegift kwetterende en tierelierende vogels...
