Our guesthouse is located in the beautiful hamlet, Ritsumasyl, where you can see the sun rise and set. This nature house, surrounded by meadows and water, is within cycling and walking distance from Leeuwarden and offers an idyllic base. Located on the "island" part, enclosed by the Deinumer Rak and the Van Harinxmakanaal, it is ideal for fishing, canoeing or swimming. The cottage is suitable for 2 persons (plus baby/small child by arrangement) and is equipped with all comforts: separate shower, toilet, kitchenette (no cooking facilities), refrigerator, espresso machine, microwave and a comfortable box spring bed. Outside, enjoy the covered terrace overlooking the water. A Canadian canoe is available for free and the WTC-EXPO is nearby. Breakfast and bike rental is available upon request (at extra cost).

Welcome to this Nature House, welcome to Pura-Vida.Will you come walking, cycling, by boat, car or even by train (Deinum station)? Stay overnight in our beautiful surroundings and enjoy an enchanting sunset on the waterfront terrace. Here you can swim, fish, canoe, or just enjoy the view. In front of you in summer you can see Friesian horses in the meadows, swallows skimming over the water, terns diving for fish and young waterfowl with their chicks. Every season has its charm, but the impressive skies always remain. The Deinumer/Sylster Rak is a new sloop route, ideal for sailing on to Leeuwarden, Harlingen or the Frisian Lakes. Prefer to go by bike? Follow node 77 or walk via node 42 through the beautiful surroundings.
