STUDIO - 55 m2 This studio is located on the side of the farm (in the fuselage) and has a phenomenal view over the farmlands overlooking the old Wadden Sea dyke. The studio has a large double bed with an extra large comforter. There is also a three-seater sofa and a dining/working table with chairs. There is a separate bathroom with toilet, sink and shower and a private steam sauna (Hamam). The kitchen has a dishwasher, hot air oven, microwave, refrigerator, Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster and induction hob. On order (25.00 euros p.p.p.n.) you will find the ingredients for breakfast or for example a drink for the day of arrival in the fridge. The studio has a private terrace with seating. All our accommodations are non-smoking and are NOT suitable for pets. Bed linen and towels are included. The accommodation is equipped with 4G Wi-Fi.

Near the authentic fishing village of Paesens-Moddergat and a stone's throw from the Lauwersmeer National Park and near the boat to Schiermonnikoog. Enjoy Wadlopen, if you like by moonlight. A night walk with the forest ranger in the Dark Sky Park Lauwersmeer where you can see the Milky Way in clear weather. By bike you can be in Lauwersoog in half an hour where you can eat delicious food. In the area you can make beautiful walks and/or bike tours and there are many places where you can spot birds.
Met de fiets ben je in een half uur in Lauwersoog waar je heerlijk kunt eten.
In de omgeving kun je prachtig wandelen en/of fietsen en er zijn veel plekken waar je vogels kunt spotten.Nature, peace & environment:The house is very spacious, the kitchen is well equipped, and the bed sleeps wonderfully. And then also a private steam room! Because of its location, no traffic passes by. The contact with Katja and Harry was excellent.
Het huis is heel ruim, de keuken is goed uitgerust, en het bed slaapt heerlijk. En dan ook nog een eigen stoomcabine! Pure verwennerij!
Door de ligging komt er geen verkeer voorbij. Je kijkt uit op de akkers waar we regelmatig fazanten en hazen zagen.
