Nature house in Pailhares

Amidst the green mountains in the northern part of the Ardeche you will find my chalet. Very idyllically located! This is for people who seek absolute tranquility and natural beauty! You must have your own transportation, because the nearest store is 20 minutes away.The chalet is located on 2000 M2 of private land (no fence). On the site you will find a swimming pool, a sports field and enough parking space. There are cherry and apple trees. In front of the house, on the veranda is lovely. Inside you step into a living room of 20m2. in the living room is the kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator and washing machine. In addition, the bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. There are two bedrooms. One bedroom with a double bed and the other with a bunk bed. Chalet has wifi and air conditioning.

Between the Col du Buisson and the river Doux, just outside the picturesque hamlet of Molières, my chalet is located in a former cherry orchard. The surroundings are mountainous and green. You can do beautiful hiking and cycling here, or just do nothing at all! In the nearby villages of Lalouvesc, Lamastre, St. Felicien and St. Agrève there are weekly markets. There are also several plan d'eau nearby, where you can sunbathe and swim. Near St. Agrève is the large lake Lac de Devesset, where you can cool off in really hot weather (free access everywhere). Don't forget to visit the 'village miniature;at the top of the mountain!
