Dutch Owners (Adults Only 18+) In the green hills of Macerata, our farmhouse is located in a quiet location, surrounded by ancient Olive trees. This luxury vacation house, is located on the ground floor. We live on the second floor. The houses are completely separated from each other. You do not have to see each other. It was built in 2021 preserving the original materials with all the Luxury to make your Holiday something special. The Private Terrace of (40 sqm) the entire length of the building gives lots of privacy and direct access to your completely private pool. A luxury kitchen and two nice bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and both with a double bed of which 1 (bedroom 2) is a comfortable sofa bed. You can go directly from the porch on the spacious terrace of the POOL which is also completely private for guests of the apartment. From the pool you have a priceless view of the hills. Cooling can be found in the healthy salt water of the pool (10x less salty than the sea).
Nature and surroundings
Within walking distance ( 2 km) is the beautiful town of Mogliano (MC). The sandy beaches of Porto San Giorgio and Civitanova Marche, and the Monti Sibillini National Park with Sarnano, can be reached in 25 minutes by car. Best of course with our Fiat 500 vintage car. To eat out there are several restaurants in the immediate vicinity. Where, for example, you can still eat a real home-made pizza, prepared the Italian way. Or you can visit a trattoria where delicious fresh meals are prepared daily. Also several wineries, with traditional Italian quality wines, can be found in the immediate vicinity. Our goal is to make your well-deserved vacation really a time when you can relax and recover for a while to come back to us again later. We have a document that we constantly update and send to our tenants so they can also directly link with GoogleMaps to find it properly.

The patio is fantastic; great view. Lovely to sit outside and enjoy peace and nature. Connected to the patio there is a swimming pool for private use which we used a lot. The pool was well cleaned and maintained by the owner. In short we had a wonderful vacation in the house of Fulco and Jacqueline. Response from host: Thank you Inge, Coos and Erna for your kind words - you were really nice guests! Always friendly and pleasant in contact, and it was clear that you enjoyed yourselves. De patio is fantastisch; geweldig uitzicht. Heerlijk om buiten te zitten en te genieten van rust en natuur. In aansluiting op de patio is er een zwembad voor prive gebruik waar we veel gebruik van hebben gemaakt. Het zwembad werd goed schoon gemaakt en onderhouden door de eigenaar.
Kortom we hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad in het huis van Fulco en Jacqueline.

Peace, space and nature in abundance. Great starting point for many nice trips both to the mountains (Monte Sibilini), the coast and the many picturesque villages.
