We look forward to welcoming you to our wonderfully spacious vacation home. The front section of our farmhouse was renovated in 2004 into what it is today: a large (over 275 m²) and very comfortable vacation home for 12–14 people that quickly feels like home. The house features a large, fully equipped kitchen, a pantry, a living room with a wood stove, a separate restroom downstairs, 6 bedrooms (2 downstairs, 4 upstairs), and 2 bathrooms (1 downstairs with a large bathtub, double sink, shower, and toilet, and 1 upstairs with a sink, shower, and toilet). Five of the spacious bedrooms feature double box-spring beds that can be arranged as a double bed or two single beds as desired, and two of the rooms have a third bed. The sixth (smallest) room has a small double bed (1.40). The large garden has two patios and plenty of space to relax, eat outdoors, sit around a fire, or play games or engage in activities. The two of us and our pets live at the back of the farmhouse; everything is separate, and privacy is guaranteed.

The house is located in the Drents Friese Wold National Park, which, at over 6,000 hectares, is the largest contiguous forest area in the Netherlands after the Hoge Veluwe. A very nice house with all the amenities. Everything was neat and very clean, and the beds were made. The owner was very easy to communicate with. All the bedrooms are spacious. The spacious garden has lovely spots to sit and enjoy the birds.
