Central in Friesland 15 km southwest of Leeuwarden in National Park the "Alde Feanen" at Eernewoude lies our farm. The front house of the farmhouse we offer for rent. Terrace and lawn in front of the house and terrace at the side of the house are completely at your disposal. Here you can sit all day and evening in the sun but in the shade is also possible. View over the nature reserve. Front house consists of a living room with TV, Wifi, tilt and turn windows with screens, atmospheric gas fireplace. Beautiful unobstructed views over the nature reserve. Hall with toilet. Shower with sink. Kitchen with four-burner stove, refrigerator, kettle and Senseo. Bed linen, bath towels and kitchen linen is included. The entire second floor is a spacious bedroom with 1 x double bed (2 x 2 meters). Beds made on arrival. The front house covers the entire living area. All rooms have blinds & mosquito nets. Separate storage room for bikes which can be locked.
Nature and surroundings
It is an attractive cycling, hiking and water sports area. There is a diverse range of cycling and walking routes. You can enjoy the peace and nature here very well. From the living room you can see storks, pheasants, hares and deer. The bald eagle also has its nest close by. At a distance of 500 meters. is an excellent fishing opportunity. Eernewoude offers the possibility of renting bicycles, scooters, sloops, canoes, surfboards, sailing and rowing boats. Because of its central location, you can easily visit the Elfsteden or make a day trip to the Frisian Wadden Islands. A visit to Leeuwarden, cultural capital 2018, is also worthwhile. We are accessible by car, bus and train.
