Nature, peace & environment:Nice spacious house with 4 separate rooms (3 bedrooms upstairs and 1 with sofa bed downstairs) and nice and quiet location in the middle of the meadow on a cul-de-sac. Many windows with a beautiful view all around (indeed also deer seen). Furthermore, lots of privacy and a sympathetic, flexible owner. Good beds. BadKamer/toilet upstairs could not be locked.
