Nature house in Montevarchi

Sara & Mario are very friendly and helpful hosts who were always there for us whenever we had a question or needed something. At the same time, you enjoy a high degree of privacy here! A special feature of the property is, of course, the pool, about a 2-minute walk from the house. The view of the Tuscan countryside from there alone is simply amazing, and the starry sky at night is crystal clear. The pool itself is very clean and well-maintained. The same goes for the accommodation. The furnishings in our second-floor apartment are very simple, and the kitchen is a bit dated. But it has everything you need for a self-catering vacation, and above all, everything is clean and in good working order! It’s a 15–20-minute drive to Montevarchi, where you’ll find shopping and restaurants. Sinciano is also a wonderful base for day trips to Siena, Florence, and other destinations, allowing you to return to peace and quiet after the hustle and bustle of the tourist crowds.

Sara & Mario sind sehr freundliche u. hilfsbereite Gastgeber, die immer zur Stelle waren, wenn wir eine Frage hatten oder etwas benötigten. Gleichzeitig genießt man hier ein hohes Maß Privatsphäre! Ein besonderer Ort der Unterkunft ist natürlich der Pool, ca. 2 Minuten Fußweg vom Haus entfernt. Allein der Ausblick von dort in die toskanische Landschaft ist einfach toll, der Sternenhimmel bei Nacht mehr als klar. Der Pool selbst ist sehr sauber u gepflegt. Gleiches gilt auch für die Unterkunft. Die Einrichtung unserer Wohnung im 2. Stock ist zwar sehr einfach und bzgl. der Küche etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Aber es ist alles vorhanden, was für einen Urlaub als Selbstversorger benötigt wird, und vor allem ist alles sauber u. funktionstüchtig! Bis nach Montevarchi, wo sich Einkaufsmöglichkeiten u. Restaurants finden, sind es 15-20 min Fahrt. Auch als Basis für Ausflüge nach Siena, Florenz etc. ist Sinciano wunderbar geeignet, um dann nach dem Touristentrubel wieder zur Ruhe zu kommen.

Sinciano, the vacation rentals at Saras & Marios Agriturismo, are truly a dream come true for anyone looking for a place to find peace and relaxation on vacation. Nestled in the heart of the Tuscan hills as a solitary farmhouse perched on a hilltop, accessible via a gravel road (unpaved for the last few kilometers) through a forest teeming with wildlife (wild boars, foxes, badgers, deer—sometimes even in broad daylight)—you’re completely on your own once you arrive and can leave the hustle and bustle of everyday life behind. On the covered terrace, which stays relatively cool even in summer temperatures, you can relax with a good book or enjoy a delicious meal. This includes, among other things, Sara and Mario offering their guests vegetables from their own garden, as well as products from their farm (especially their own olive oil, etc.). This was truly something special, which we enjoyed very much. Thank you so much for this!

Sinciano, die Ferienwohnungen von Saras & Marios Agriturismo, sind wirklich ein Traum für alle, die im Urlaub einen Ort zu suchen, um zu Ruhe und Entspannung zu finden. Mitten in der toskanischen Hügellandschaft als einzelnes Gehöft auf einem Berg gelegen, zugänglich über eine auf den letzten Kilometern nicht geteerte Schotterstraße durch einen mit Wildtieren (Wildscheine, Füchse, Dachse, Rehe, teils am hellichten Tag) bevölkerten Wald, ist man vor Ort ganz für sich und kann den hektischen Alltag hinter sich lassen. Auf der auch bei sommerlichen Temperaturen relativ kühlen überdachten Terasse lässt es sich entspannt leben, mit einem guten Buch oder bei leckerem Essen. Dazu gehört u.a., dass Sara und Mario ihren Gästen Gemüse aus ihrem eigenen Garten anbieten, ebenso Produkte aus ihrer Landwirtschaft (v.a. selbst erzeugtes Olivenöl etc.). Dies war schon etwas ganz Besonderes, was wir sehr genossen haben. Ganz lieben Dank hierfür!

It’s the perfect place to recharge and find peace and quiet. The property offers all the amenities you need, and the outdoor space and pool round out the picture for a vacation dedicated to total relaxation.

È il posto perfetto per rigenerarsi e trovare la quiete. L’appuntamento ha tutti i comfort, lo spazio esterno e la piscina completano il quadro per una vacanza dedicata al totale relax.

If you're looking for peace and quiet, a slower pace, and a chance to recharge, this is the perfect place! We were welcomed by two wonderful people who were very discreet and helpful. It was a peaceful week. I can't wait to go back.

Se si cerca la quiete, il tempo lento e il rigenerarsi è il posto perfetto! Siamo stati accolti da due splendide persone, molto discrete e disponibili. È stata una settimana di pace. Non vedo l’ora di ritornare.

The apartment is simple but fully equipped. But you live outside, so that's no problem at all. Really a place for peace and quiet but with a private pool!

Het apartement is eenvoudig maar van alle gemakken voorzien. Maar je leeft buiten, dus dat is geen enkel probleem. Echt een plek voor rustzoekers maar wel met een privé zwembad!
