Our Pipowagen is a fully equipped space that you can rent for a minimum of 3 nights with 1-2 adults. Pet is also welcome. The place is bordered with fencing up to 1m in height. The Pipo itself is a nondescript wagon, in a green setting at the tip of the campsite. Tucked among trees and shrubs, with views of forest and across the fields, there is the feeling of being privately in a beautiful, natural place. With a made bed when you enter. Refrigerator, lights, pots & pans, kettle, gas stove, cutlery, cups etc. Coffee you make with the Senseo, a sandwich you can toast with the toaster. There is no TV, but there are games. There is an electric heater and a water heater. In our spacious toilet building you can shower and go to the toilet. You do the cleaning yourself. The condition is that you leave the Pipo, kitchen and inventory as clean as you found them. If you fail to do so (even partially), the deposit of €50 will be forfeited.
Nature and surroundings
The Pipo is at the tip of the mini-campsite a place all its own with views of and into the adjacent forest and across the countryside. This place is not an isolation, it is part of the campsite and adjacent to places 4 and 6 on our campsite. Because of this also nice as a combination with camping friends, family or acquaintances. Fact: the campsite is aimed at adults and that includes visitors. Beltrum borders Groenlo and has a large rural area. The Pipo is on the edge of it. Nice walk along the creek. It is 2km to the center of town Groenlo. The area has a large trail of nodes, to be cycling or walking. Also the church paths invite you to do this. At a distance you will also find the Lochemse berg, the forests of Winterswijk, the Woold and the Bekkendelle. To the east Vragender with the Veen, 12km Germany with untouched vast areas of forest and land. In short, enjoyment possible in many places. You must also want to discover it for yourself.

Het is erg oud en ook donker zowel van binnen als van buiten. Wij hadden mooi weer en zaten tot laat buiten, maar als je binnen moet zitten is dit echt donker en somber. Interieur zou in een bejaarden woning niet misstaan. Bed was prima. Overigens is de prijs hier dan ook naar. Toch denk ik dat er met een pot lichte verf en een paar andere meubeltjes veel winst valt te behalen.
Nature, peace & environment:Rustige omgeving, Groenlo op loopafstand. Leuk centrum met gezellig terras.

Schoon en voldoende ruimte goed bed alles wat men nodig heeft gelegenheid om iets te koken.
Nature, peace & environment:Rustige omgeving behalve de weg ( gelukkig niet te druk maar wordt te hard gereden) 60 km veel te hard !

Het is een fijn optrekje met veel privacy en rust.
De hond mag mee en er is een omheining, dus de hond kan niet van het erf af.
Er is nagedacht over alles, dus van alle gemakken voorzien. Toiletten, douches, washokken e.d. bij de aangrenzende mini-camping.
De inrichting was knus en gezellig. Ruim tweepersoonsbed.
Buiten zijn verschillende zitmogelijkheden.
En mocht je iets nodig hebben of vragen dan is de eigenaresse zeer behulpzaam.Nature, peace & environment:Het ligt aan een rustig boerenweggetje, en de pipowagen ligt een stuk naar achteren, verscholen in het groen. Aangrenzend en aan de overkant van dat weggetje zijn stukken wild bos. Veel vogels en soms een haas, e.d. Je zit midden in het groen.
Let wel op: véél muggen!
