Do you love the camping life, but want a little more luxury? On our campsite we have three fully equipped glamping tents waiting for you in a separate field. These tents of about 35 m2 are a wonderful base to discover the Achterhoek. They are all equipped with private sanitary facilities, have a nice terrace overlooking the surrounding woods and a lovely pellet stove for the colder and/or wet days. They are suitable for 4 persons, an extra camp bed is possible if necessary. You can also rent bed linen, just send us a message and we will make sure it is ready. Crib and highchair are free. On the campsite you will find several relaxing spots, benches and picnic benches. There is a fire pit, where we regularly light a campfire. Of course, you can always light the fire yourself. In bad weather we have an area where you can sit dry and for the little ones there are plenty of play opportunities; both outdoors and indoors.
Nature and surroundings
Ruurlo is a fine village with cozy restaurants and stores. It is located in the heart of the Achterhoek, known for its coulisse landscape. In and around Ruurlo you can make beautiful walks and bike tours along idyllic forest paths and villages. Do you prefer mountain biking? There are several beautiful mountain bike routes in the vicinity. There are several beautiful castles in the Achterhoek, including Ruurlo Castle and Vorden Castle. There are also beautiful Hanseatic cities in the vicinity. Klimbos Achterhoek, Doolhof Ruurlo and Erve Brooks are also recommended. As well as the Witte Wieven in Zwiep.
