Particular attention is paid to ecology: the Houseboat is entirely self-sufficient, equipped with solar panels and a water recovery system.
Nature and surroundings
Located just a stone's throw from Dinant, at the Waulsort marina in the commune of Hastière, holidaymakers can take advantage of this enchanting setting to stroll or cycle along the banks of the Meuse. To reach the marina, cross the Meuse using the water ferry, and leave your car on the other bank. The word "serenity" takes on a very special dimension in this unusual vacation rental. Guests are connected to nature and the element "water" in a peaceful environment. A real house on the water, with 2 bedrooms, qualified as an unusual accommodation, for people who want to live a tourist experience. Many activities are available in the area: cultural visits, kayaking, hiking, mountain biking, via ferrata, climbing, water excursions. Impossible to get bored!

Free cancellation within 7 days of your booking confirmation, provided the booking request was made more than 28 days before the start date. For bookings starting within 28 days, free cancellation applies within 24 hours. If you cancel within the specified period, you are entitled to a full refund of the booking amount.
After that, you will receive a partial refund of the trip cost and a 100% refund of the deposit:
• Up to 42 days before arrival: 70% refund
• 42–28 days before arrival: 40% refund
• 28 days through the day of arrival: 10% refund
• On the day of arrival or later: no refund
A deposit of €500.00 applies. You will be refunded after check-out.
