Dear reader, this campground has three log cabins. This log cabin is one of them. The minicamping is located directly on the Fluessen and the Heegermeer and there are all kinds of water sports possibilities. From the log cabin there is a beautiful view into the Frisian distance. A few important things to know.- Almost everything for cooking is available.- Showers and toilets can be found in the campsite's toilet building. (Showering costs 50 cents)- There are wonderful mattresses and pillows but you must bring your own bedding. You can also rent bedding. Per person that costs € 12.50 The hut has a jerry can with tap for drinking water.
Nature and surroundings
The 3 log cabins are located on the edge of the campground with all having a beautiful view. In the early morning sometimes a hare will scurry by and there are many different birds to admire. Dogs are allowed but not off leash. Therefore we have a large piece of meadow where they can run around endlessly. Our campsite is situated at the edge of Gaastmeer, a small, typical Frisian village and still a bit of a public secret.
