Really come home to your cottage after an active day on the Veluwe? In peace and quiet but like all amenities within walking distance? Then this fine and cozy vacation home is an ideal place for you! Near the center of Nunspeet and the train station is located, on the outskirts of the village and the quiet, wooded area, this cozy cottage. The cottage has a spacious, well-equipped country kitchen with combi-oven, freezer and dishwasher, a nice sitting area with TV, patio doors to the private garden terrace with seating and 3 bedrooms with fine beds for a good night's sleep. The master bedroom (double bed and double mattress), the toilet and bathroom with walk-in shower are on the ground floor. The bedrooms upstairs can be reached via a (fairly steep) staircase. Bicycles can be stored in the accompanying shed. Coffee, tea, kitchen Also in the cottage you will find a collection of DVDs, books and board games. Kitchen towels are provided.
Nature and surroundings
Stay close to the beautiful forests and moors of the Veluwe! Enjoying the beautifully landscaped green garden, you can fully enjoy beautiful forest birds such as woodpecker and nuthatch, as well as wood mice and a passing squirrel. Just crossing the road, you can walk right past the interesting Visitor Center, where bicycles can be rented, into the Zandenbos. Are you with the family? Small children will absolutely love the Kabouterroute, or go sunbathing and swimming together in the Zandenplas! The train station is around the corner and the cozy center of Nunspeet can be reached on foot. A short distance away you are in the vast forests and moors of the North Veluwe with many hiking and cycling trails and you can visit villages like Vierhouten and Elspeet. Near the Veluwe Lake and in the forests of the Crown Estates is, with some luck, wildlife to spot.
