Nature house in Oosterwolde

Our guest cottage is located next to our residential farmhouse in a large yard with private lake. Own private terrace and garden set in adjacent orchard. Fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with walk-in shower and separate toilet. Two small bedrooms. There are several terraces in the yard. One of the waterfront terraces is covered with a wood-fired BBQ and wood stove. Swimming pond, trampoline, swings, go-karts, step bike. It is possible to bring your own horse (by arrangement).

The yard is very quietly located in rural area north of Oosterwolde. In the vicinity are meadows for our horses, pastures of dairy farmers and arable land (corn, potatoes, barley) and it is therefore possible that in the vicinity there may be a day of mowing or harvesting. That's part of the countryside! The countryside is interspersed with many tree walls, bushes and streams. Many cycling and walking opportunities in the vicinity. Nearby: Blue Forest, NP Fochtelooerveen, NP Drentsfriese Wold and many smaller gems of nature. Within cycling distance: Unesco World Heritage Site Veenhuizen.
