Between Groesbeek and Nijmegen stands in the middle of the forest this fine vacation home with sunny garden. The nature house is located on a small-scale bungalow park. The house stands on a plot of 500m2 and offers the necessary privacy. In spring, autumn and summer the sun shines in the garden from mid-morning to early evening. The wooden vacation home (60m2) is equipped with all comforts. WIFI and Netflix is included. From the spacious and bright living room with wood stove you have a beautiful view of the garden. Furthermore, doors to a sunny terrace. The house has 2 bedrooms suitable for 4 persons. You can book bed linen or bring your own. Pets are not allowed. Children's (camping) bed and children's toys are available. Nature and surroundings
In the immediate vicinity you can make endless walks and bike tours through the woods, along the heath or over the hills of Groesbeek. Very beautiful hiking areas are the Sint-Jansberg and the Mookerheide. Or enjoy the river landscape along the Maas or in the Ooypolder. You can swim in the Spiegelwaal, the Maas or the Mookerplas. Or visit Nijmegen the oldest city in the Netherlands. The Waalkade with its many terraces is very worthwhile. Nijmegen is a vibrant city! On a beautiful bike path through the meadows along the old railroad line to Germany you cycle in half an hour to Kranenburg, just across the border. A lunch or pie at the Bäckerei at the market is a favorite. After another 10 kilometers of biking along the railroad line, you're in shopping town Kleve. For mountain bike lovers there are routes in the immediate vicinity through the forest. Birds seen in our garden (among others): Tailed Tit, Buzzard, Nuthatch, Dunnock, Goldfinch, Goldcrest, Thrush, Great Spotted Woodpecker, Goshawk, Blue Tit, Tawny Owl and Wren.
