Totally private, not overlooked, and arrival possible any day. At the end of a cul-de-sac, surrounded by 4 acres of land containing walnut and fruit trees, meadows and gardens is this adorable cottage, totally private with large fenced garden, and views of the French campaign. The 6-person cottage has all modern conveniences. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a cozy living room/kitchen including wood stove. A crib is available, but for children (2-10 years) this house is less suitable. There is TV with extensive channel selection, a washing machine and well-stocked kitchen. The garden is not overlooked, so you can enjoy the sun as you wish, and there is always a place in sun or shade. Our permaculture garden provides fruits, nuts, and vegetables. Not only for ourselves, but also for you. Just 5 minutes away you will find 2 large supermarkets. The quiet of the campaign, and yet all the conveniences close by. Come meet, enjoy, unwind.

Lubersac is located in the Corrèze, between Limoges and Brive la Gaillarde, just outside the Dordogne and a little south of the Haute Vienne. With about 15 minutes drive from the A20, in the middle of the vast rolling countryside of the Limousin, we are easily accessible, 900 km from Utrecht. The name Lubersac means "rich roman". Wealth and buildings from Gallo-Roman times are still clearly visible in this area. The green region breathes antiquity and the typical French atmosphere. In addition to the history, however, Lubersac also has the conveniences of the present time. The village has several amenities such as 2 supermarkets, bakeries, and a pharmacy just 3 km away. Whether you are looking for peace and quiet, or a more active vacation, it is possible because of the cycling, water sports and hiking trails nearby. However, our cottage is less suitable for small children.
